5. Are all the Kitties real? How do you check them?

When they register, Kitties have the choice to be checked or not. All the girls with the "Checked Kitty" label have proven they are real and over 18 (showing a copy of their identity card).

6. What is the Checked Kitty label?

Once the Kitty is checked, she gets a personalized label that she can add to her website. Each label is personalized with the name of the Kitty and the current date to make it harder to copy and prevent fraud. Thus, it helps her to increase her Customers’ trust and to sell more.

7. Can I stay anonymous ?

Sure. No one can access your private information: only the Sell-your-Panties moderator can see them. Private messaging on Sell-your-Panties offers you the possibility not to disclose your e-mail address if you doesn’t want to. Only your public information can be seen by everyone.
In order to protect privacy and anonymity, Sell-your-Panties never communicates any private information. And if someone wants you to give one of your private information and you doesn’t want to, you can tell Sell-your-Panties about it and he will be immediately removed from the site.
When paying, only the Credit Card Easy and Secured Payment Service allows you to pay / be paid anonymously. That's why we recommend it ! Using other payment systems (online or not) usually force you to show your banking information to your Customer / Seller...

7. I’m a Kitty. Is it really free to sell?

YES! It is absolutely free to join, to be checked, and to sell with the Credit Card Easy and Secured Payment Service! You can freely determine what price you want to sell each of your Specialities. Sell-your-Panties takes care of the moderation, the worldwide promotion of your Specialities, reaching of new Customers and securing your data and pictures.
When using the Credit Card Easy and Secured Payment Service, banking fees and a commission are charged to your Customer by Hipay (our bank partner) and Sell-your-Panties.

8. I’m a Kitty. How do I open my shop?

That’s easy! Click on “Join the Kitties” and register by filling in your public profile with text, Specialities and sexy pictures of you. Then download your verification pictures (go to "Edit private information"). Once Sell-your-Panties have validated your information, your profile will be online and your shop will be open: you can start selling!
Don't forget to configure your cashdesk to offer the Credit Card Easy and Secured Payment Service to your Customers !

9. I'm a Kitty. How do I get checked?

Easy! Edit your Private Profile and download following pictures (black and white or color) :
1) A copy of the front of your ID card
2) A copy of the back of your ID card
3) A photograph of you holding your ID where we can clearly recognizes your face, so Sell-your-Panties can certify that it is you.
Do not worry, these images are strictly confidential and will not appear on your public profile. They are used to ensure that you are 18 years old and that you are the one who decided to enroll on the site.

10. I’m a Kitty. What should I include in the price of my Specialities?

The price of your Specialities should include:
- your profit
- item's price
- the shipping cost
Eg: You sell a panties 40€. Your profit is:
40€ – (Shipping cost = 5€) – (Panties' cost = 5€) = 30€
Note : if you don't offer the Credit Card Easy and Secured Payment Service to your Customers, your bank partner will probably charge you banking fees (with the Credit Card Easy and Secured Payment Service, these fees are charged to your Customer).

11. I'm a Kitty. Why should I use the Credit Card Easy and Secured Payment Service ?

1 - Financial advantage : generally speaking, online paymant systems (like PAYPAL) take fees on your sales (for instance, if you sell a panties 20 euros, the amount credited on your account will be lower...). With the "Credit Card Easy and Secured Payment Service", the fees are paid by your Customers. If you sell a panties 20 euros, you earn 20 euros ! And for you, using our system is free !
2 - No need to show your banking information to your Customers !
3 - You sell more because you offer to your Customers a new possibility to pay you : they can pay you easily and directly with their Credit Card !
4 - Your payment is direct : with a single button, the Customer can pay you : you don't waste time discussing with not serious Customers...
5 - The system is flexible : when you receive an order, your have 7 days to validate it or not. Thus, if you can't answer your order, you can cancel it (but of course you won't be paid).
6 - The system is secured and transparent : to process the transaction, banking fees and Sell Your Panties commission paid by Cats are : 0,25 euros + 15% (VAT included). For instance, if a panties is sold 20 euros by a Kitty, the Cat will pay 23,25 euros (VAT included). And you earn 20 euros.
7 - Legal ! For instance, if PAYPAL notices that you use their service for "Adult" transactions, they will close your account and take your money. Our system allows "Adult" transactions : no more problems and stress !

12. I'm a Kitty, how can I offer to my Customers the Credit Card Easy and Secured Payment Service?

Configure your cashdesk here and fill the information requested by our bank partner (Hipay). That's done ! This system is 100% free for Kitties !

13. I am a Kitty. How do I get the money I earned through Credit Card Easy and Secured Payment Service? Is it discreet?

Just connect to Hipay website and transfer your money from your Hipay account to your bank account. You can do it as many times as you want. It is very discreet as only "Hipay" will appear on your bank statement.

14. I’m a Kitty. How do I answer to an order? Am I obliged to answer?

If you have received an order via the Credit Card Easy and Secured Payment Service, you will be noticed by email. From then, you have 7 days to accept or cancel this order. If you don't confirm or cancel within 7 days, your order is cancelled. If you accept, the order amount is transferred to your account.
To ensure Cats' satisfaction and thus increase your sales, once you have received an order, try to answer as quickly as you can, and if you can, do not forget to send him a short email!

15. I'm a Kitty. How must Specialities be packed and shipped?

Please note that the Specialities that you send must be the one appearing on the product picture in your shop. To preserve the freshness of your Speciality till the Cat receives it, you have to put it in a zip lock, sealed and waterproof small (plastic) and transparent bag.
Then put the ziplock bag with your Speciality in an inconspicuous package. Write the Cat's address and send it directly to him. Sell-your-Panties strongly advise you to include a package tracking option to avoid problems.

16. I’m a Kitty. Can I remove some Specialities from my shop?

Yes you can. Click "Edit" and then "Delete". You can remove a Speciality at any time.

17. I'm a Kitty. Should I pay taxes when I sell my worn panties?

Depending on where you live, law is not the same. Usually, if selling worn panties is your main business in your daily life, you should declare your sells and pay taxes. But it depends. To be sure, contact your country tax administration.

18. I'm a Cat. It is usually complicated to buy worn panties online. How should I proceed ?

As you may know, "adult" transactions are not allowed on PAYPAL and you might be sued for it. Using other payment means like checks or bank transfers is also not a good solution, because you need to reveal you identity when doing so.

20. I'm a Cat. How do the products must be packed and shipped?

It does not depend on Sell-your-Panties but on the carrier. Generally, please allow approximately 5-10 days for the Kitty to prepare the package. In individual cases, the time might be shorter! Then, allow approximately 2-3 more days for shipping if it’s in the same country. If it’s abroad, it can take up to 15 days.

21. I'm a Cat. Is it possible for a ask a Kitty to create a special product for me?

We’re here for fun! There’s no problem about a Cat who particularly like a Kitty asking her to design a special and exclusive product for him, using the private message system on Sell-your-Panties. However, the Cat should understand when a Kitty can’t or doesn’t want or discuss his needs. The Kitty can accept or refuse this request. If the Kitty did accept, she must determine the price and the Cats needs to accept it.

22. Paid sexual relations

ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN ON SELL YOUR PANTIES.
Any Cat or Kitty asking for / proposing this type of service is banned from the website.

23. Is my privacy protected?

Of course! This is primordial and we understand that! We know how important confidentiality is for you!
We take your privacy very seriously and adhere strictly to the rules of data protection. Personal data is collected on this website only for technical purposes. Excluded are service partners, when data transmission is required to process the order (eg with the shipping company or the payment processing with the responsible institution). In these cases, the volume of data transmitted is reduced to the minimum necessary. 


Sell-your-Panties automatically collects and stores information in log files that your browser sends to us. This includes: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, the previous site visited, the host name of the accessing computer (IP address), time of server inquiry.
These data will never be compiled with other data sources, and will be deleted after a statistical analysis.
The Cats can see your Profile but they can’t see your private information.

We do our best to avoid such cases might occur. In the (rare) case you found copyrighted or harmful materials, or anything suspicious, we would be very grateful if you notify us immediately by email so we can remove the files as quickly as possible.

25. Linking Policy

Kitties can create links to their websites from Sell-your-Panties. We are delighted because this is a good way for them to attract more Cats. However, after some abuse and because our site is free for Kitties, we ask in exchange for all the Kitties who links to their personal websites to link back from their home page. Otherwise, we will delete their links!
We allow only quality links : that link only to personal websites. We do not allow links to other sites, such as promotional websites.

26. How to completely unregister from the website ?

You will find a button "Deactivate my account" at the bottom right corner on the page "Edit my private profile". This will remove your profile from the website.

27. Why can I not find a Sell-Your-Panties user anymore ?

Sell-Your-Panties checks that users respect the website's Terms of Use. Thus, some users might be banned from the website. Here is the list of users banned by the moderator :

28. What are certified appreciations ?

Only buyers can write certified appreciations : certified appreciations can be written only when Sell Your Panties can certify that there was a transaction between users. Thank's to it, you can also note if you are satisfied with your order !
• You are a Kitty and want to get certified appreciations ?
Configure your cashdesk here to permit Cats to buy directly from you by the Credit Card Easy and Secured Payment Service and thus give them the possibility to write certified appreciations on your profile. Conversely, once you have validated their order, you can also write appreciations on their profiles.
• You are a Cat and want to write a certified appreciation on a Kitty profile ?
Verifies that she accepts the Credit Card Easy and Secured Payment Service. If this is not the case, you can ask her to implement it! Once you have bought her a Speciality through the Credit Card Easy and Secured Payment Service and she has validated your order, you can drop her a certified appreciation.

29. Your Profile Pictures

You must download neat and elegant pictures of you. The first picture of the list is used as your profile cover picture.
Refused pictures :
- Sexually explicit pictures can't be used as profile cover picture.
- Specialities pictures are deleted. Logically, they serve only to highlight your Specialities.
